The Troy Parks and Recreation Piching Machine team defeated Eufaula 12-1 in the district tournament in Luverne on Friday.

With the victory Troy will play host Luverne, who received a bye, on Saturday.

For Troy, Drew Nelson was 3-for-3, Nathan Braisted was 3-for-3, Darryl Lee was 2-for-3, Press Jefcoat was 2-for-2, Skylar Kidd was 1-for-2, Laquavin Rodgers was 1-for-2, Adrian Cardwell was 1-for-2, Ben Reeves was 1-for-2, DeAndrey Henderson was 0-for-2, Bailey Sparrow was 1-for-2, Brady Huner was 1-for-2, and Noah Presswood was 1-for-2.

Troy will play Luverne at 6 p.m. on Saturday with the winner advancing to the semifinal game on Monday.

Troy continues it domination after going 3-0 in a warm up tournament in Troy last weekend.

The team defeated Ozark 18-2, Dothan Blue 22-6 and Montgomery Blue 12-1.
