Goshen man arrested for trailer theft.

A Goshen man has been arrested for stealing a 1995 logging trailer valued at $10,000.

David Mills, Jr., 36, was charged with first-degree theft on May 7. His charge is a Class B felony. If Mills is convicted, he could serve a jail sentence of two to 20 years and/or a fine of up to $30,000.

Mills was released from the Pike County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

Mills’ arrest came after a joint-investigation by the Alabama Forestry Commission and the Pike County District Attorney’s Office.
