Dorothy Garrett Coffield

Dorothy Garrett Coffield, age 91, of the Corinth Community, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 2 p.m. from Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Dunn and Rev. Earl Oakes officiating. Burial will follow in Ramah Cemetery with Gray Funeral Home directing.

She is survived by a daughter, Rachel Dease Gregory of Ocean Springs, MS; a son, Benny (Rosie) Dease of the Corinth Community; grandson, Bill Gregory of Ocean Springs, MS; seven step-children, Brady (Mary Jo) Garrett, Chester (Aliene) Garrett, Brady (Toy) Garrett, Douglas (Norma) Garrett, Johnny (Patricia) Garrett, Abner (Brenda) Garrett, Betty Garrett, all of Troy; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Jessie C. Pittman of Troy; and brother, Genie Coffield of Dothan.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Coffield, Andrew Green, Leo Calhoun, Sherill Calhoun, Bubba Dease and Roger Hewitt.

A visitation will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 from 5 until 7 p.m. from Gray Funeral Home.
