Troy signee Michael Lindsey has been arrested for his involvement in the vandalization of Elba High School.

Lindsey, along with three others, were arrested and released after posting bail.

Police are charging those involved in causing an estimated $30,000 in damage with felony third-degree burglary.

Troy head coach Larry Blakeney said he would wait until the full story came out about Lindsey’s involvement before making a decision on his future with the Trojans.

“I’ve talked to Michael and Coach (Scott) Rials and I’m behind the kid all the way,” Blakeney said. “Until the full story comes out, I’m just going to have to wait and see.”

Damage to the school was so extensive that the school was forced to close on Tuesday.
