Jack Dickert Sr.

Jack Dickert, Sr., age 89, of Brundidge, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Baptist South in Montgomery.  Funeral services for Mr. Dickert will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the Brundidge United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Bowden, Rev. Jim Carpenter, Rev. Jimmy Spikes and Rev. Michael Lawler officiating.  Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge with Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home directing.  Visitation for Mr. Dickert will be held Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at the church between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Mr. Dickert is survived by his wife, Mary Will Kendrick Dickert of Brundidge; daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Jack Pearson of Huntsville; son, Jack Dickert, Jr. of Andalusia; two sisters and brother-in-law, Annelle Shields of Birmingham and Sara (Lawrence) Bowden of Brundidge; grandchildren, Stacey (Jim) Daugherty of Brewton, Jason Dickert of Andalusia, Joshua (Angie) Mills of Huntsville and Matthew Mills of Savannah, GA; and five great grandchildren.
