A fire destroyed a home in Banks on Saturday.
Firefighters from Banks, Brundidge and Pike Fire-Rescue battled the blazed that started approximately 12 p.m. Saturday at the house on Ala. Highway 93. Firefighters worked for over an hour to extinguish the fire and hotspots.
