Frances Miller

Frances Miller of Prattville, AL. passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011 at her residence. She was 92. Funeral services for Frances Miller will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Hebron Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation for Mrs. Miller will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Skeen Funeral Home in Troy. The family will also receive friends at the church from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. prior to the service. Frances Miller was born April 12, 1919 in Pike County, AL, daughter of the late Josephus Simmons and Sara Frances DeFee Simmons. Survivors include a daughter: Faye Miller, Prattville, AL; granddaughter: Sherri Miller, Prattville; great grandson and wife: Justin (Chelsi) Cleckler, great-great granddaughter: Aubrey Cleckler, all of Billingsley, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Gwin Miller. Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry English, Ronnie Green, John Simmons II, John Simmons III, Jason Cedrone and Matthew Jones.
