Pike Liberal Arts took two region matches from Wilcox Academy Thursday night.

The Patriots defeated the Wildcats 3-0 in both matches.

The first match went the Patriots way by scores of 25-18, 25-11, 25-17.

Pike turned up the heat a little higher in the second winning 25-17, 25-4, 25-5.

Jaylan Reynolds finished with 16 kills, seven aces, four blocks, and five digs.

Josie Free wasn’t to be outdone with 25 assists, 16 aces, nine digs, and four kills.

Carrley Barron added 14 kills and four digs while Ellie Barron had 14 digs.

Kailee Taylor chipped in whith 11 kills and four digs and Marlee Tunstill had 12 kills and three aces.

The Patriots will play again Monday at home against Morgan Academy. Junior Varsity will kick things off at 4:30 p.m.
