Elna E. Prather

Mrs. Elna E. Prather, age 92 of Troy, died Monday, January 31, 2011 at the Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Southern Memorial Park in Miami, Fla., with Lithgow-Bennett-Philbrick Funeral Home Directing. Dillard Funeral Home of Troy in charge of Local arrangements.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ernest L. and Shaye Prather of Tro; grandchildren Tina Woodall, Joy (Robert) Ray, Fred Prather, Jeff (Lisa) Prather, and Ernest Prather; eight great-grandchildren,; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Fred Prather; her twin sister Edna Newby; her sister Mae Ramsey; and her brothers Paul and Bryan Westbrook.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Hospice Advantage of Troy or the Troy public library.
