Mrs. Minnie L. Renfroe of the Center Ridge Community, died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Troy Regional Medical Center in Troy. She was 94. Funeral services for Minnie L. Renfroe will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 19, 2010 at St. John Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Horn and Rev. Donnie Earls officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Baptist Church Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. She will lie in state at the church from 1-2 p.m. one hour prior to the service. Visitation for Minnie L. Renfroe will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Skeen Funeral Home in Troy. Mrs. Renfroe was born July 2, 1916 iån Alabama, daughter of the late Lee and Effie Henley Bryant. She is survived by her husband: Earl Renfroe, Center Ridge Community; 2 sons: Donald Ray White, Brundidge; and Ronald Gene White; Troy; 2 daughters: Margaret Thrift, Opelika, AL; and Patsy Munch, Tampa, FL; sister: Gladys Aviles, Columbus, GA; 3 brothers: James Bryant, Columbus, GA; Frank Bryant and Leon Bryant, both of FL; 21 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren. Serving as active pallbearers will be Ricky Hudmon, Junior Lee, Heath Lee, Nick Turvin, David White, Wayne Bryant, and Buddy Mehaffey.
