Budget to save America

1. Make sure everyone in Congress, the President, and the President’s cabinet, pay czars included, pays their income taxes- actually, my sister came up with this point.

2. Cut the salaries of all of the above persons to the amount that social security recipients receive each month. I have read the national average is around $1100 per month, and I am sure there are a lot of Alabama residents who receive much less

3. Make sure Congress, the President, and the President’s cabinet and pay czars get a cost of living increase only when social security recipients do, and make sure their medicare insurance comes out of their SS check. Also make sure they pay taxes on their SS checks like we have to. You never hear these facts mentioned. All you ever hear is cut social security. You also never hear mentioned that most of these people worked for their benefits. I worked 40 years for mine.

4. Make sure the above-mentioned people have to live within their income. They should pay their aides, pay for their limo service, pay their own restaurant tabs, feed and clothe themselves and their families, sent their children to school, and pay their household bills on their $1100 per month salary like the rest of us do.

5. Make sure the list for any pitiful $250.00 checks sent to social security recipients is kept out of the hands of Vice President Biden. He can’t tell criminals in jail or even dead people from legal recipients. Also, make sure the $22 million dollars sent ot the deceased persons and the jailed criminals is recovered. This 22 million would go a long way towards a cost of living increase for next year. By the way, in case you don’t know it yet, we will not get a COLA increase in 2011 either. Bet your Senators and Representatives will, though.

These are just some of the changes we should make right away. President Obama wants to redistribute the wealth, so lets sart with him and his Democratic Congress. We will not only improve our economy, but we should wipe out our national debt in short order. Think on this, America. Til next time.
