CHHS drops two matches at home

The Charles Henderson volleyball played host to two both Eufaula and Barbour County Thursday night, but in the end, the result was the same has it had been for the better part of two weeks.
The Trojans would lose both matches, first, losing in four games to area rival, Eufaula, by the score of 10-25, 14-25, 25-22 and 22-25.
CHHS would drop the second match in two games, losing 19-25 and 18 25 to Barbour County.
The Trojans gave up 24 combined points by hitting the ball into the net or out of bounds.
The losses bring the team’s record to 2-7 on the season.
Lauren Bebruyne finished with 15 total points, eight of which were thanks to aces.
Courtney Wood also finished with five aces in the games.
The Trojans will be back in action again next Thursday when it takes on area rival Carroll High School as it looks to snap a seven-game losing streak.
