Jewell Gladys Register, Age 97, of Troy died Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at her home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Andrew Knick officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Cemetery . Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2010 from 6-8 PM at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. Survivors include; Daughter, Doris Dean McLendon of Troy, Son and Daughter-in-law, Jack and Anne Register of Troy, Grandchildren, Richard C. McLendon, Cherie Lyn (Mike) Adams, Teresa Rene Register, Eric Register, Mark Register, Great Grandchildren, Zachary McLendon, Ryan McLendon, Desire’ Seals, Sean Fenell, Cary Register, Great Great Grandchildren, Brandon and Christopher Seals. Mrs. Register was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Naomi Atwell and a Great Grandchild, Allen Seals and also 8 Brothers and Sisters. Serving as pallbearers will be the men of Southside Baptist Church. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Gleaners Sunday School class of Southside Baptist Church.
