Ann Mathis, age 71, a resident of Brundidge, died Thursday, August 12, 2010. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge with Reverend Terry Hester officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.
Mrs. Mathis is survived by her children: Jean and Billy Huggins of Brundidge, Wayne and Carol Hogan of Dothan, Wilma and Raymond Price of Banks and Scott and Linda Hogan of Leesburg, GA; 5 grandchildren: Shanna Grantham, Stacy Littleton, Jeremy Price, Keaton Price and Kendra Hogan; 3 great-grandchildren: Anna Price, Kayleigh Grantham and Ryan Price; brothers and sisters: Julia Hagler, Bennie Johnson, Ruby Corley, Jimmie Johnson, Helen Dyer and Ruth Lee.
Mrs. Mathis was preceded in death by her husband Charles Mathis and brother Len Johnson.
Honorary pallbearer Jeremy Price, a grandson who is currently serving in Iraq.
Pallbearers will be Keaton Price, Levi Davidson, Joe Whitehead, Tommy Price, Robby Morrow and Russell Grantham.
