Mr. Randolph Burney was born to the late Alberta Jiles and Aaron Burney, Jr. in Pike County, Alabama on September 16, 1958. He attended Pike County High School, and was also employed as a faithful worker at Wiley Sander’s Trucking Company for over twenty years. Randy was a well dressed individual who loved to tell jokes. He was admired for his starched jeans with razor crease, his cap and Stacey Adams shoes, as well as the upkeep of his shining car. He was the best friend you could ever have. When he was not working you could find him at his grandchildren sporting events. What a wonderful grandfather he was.
His earthly battle ended on August 2, 2010 at Troy Medical Center in Troy, Alabama at approximately 2:03 p.m.
