Mr. Johnny Wayne Mulkey, age 44, of Salem, Alabama, died Monday, August 2, 2001, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M. CST
At The Crawford Cemetery In Crawford, Alabama.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Marie Mulkey of Salem; two daughters, Heather Lenae and Ashley Dawn Mulkey of Salem; one son, Justin Wesley Mulkey of Salem; his parents, Johnny Wesley and Betty Jean Mulkey of Jack, Alabama; one sister, Pattie Archie of Ariton, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brittney Mulkey.
Mr. Mulkey had been a resident of Salem for the past five years. He was involved in general occupational work in several local businesses. Wayne was disabled and had been home bound for the past three years.
