Mary Lee May Elmore, Age 97 , of Troy, died Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Troy Health and Rehab. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home on US Highway 231 in Troy with Al Elmore III officiating. A private Family graveside will be held at Oakwood Cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2010 from 10 until 11 at
Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Survivors include, Daughter, Mary Earles Adams of Dothan, Son and Daughter-in-law, Albert and Lee Elmore of Montgomery, Grandchildren, Al and Lisa Elmore of Atlanta,
Gill and Tina Elmore of Dallas Texas, Mary Lee and John Yelverton of Montgomery, Forrest and Amy Adams of Birmingham, Mary Elizabeth and Davis Brock of Fairhope, 13 Great Grandchildren, Special friends, Ann and Whalley Johnson . Mrs. Elmore was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Elmore Sr., Son in law, Sam Adams, Parents William and Myrtle May, and a brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Thelma May. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Troy Public Library or to your favorite charity.

Barbara Waid
Mrs. Barbara Waid, age 74, of Brundidge, formerly of Dothan passed away Friday, June 25, 2010 at the home of her daughter, Kathy Hanna in Brundidge.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Salem Baptist Church in Brundidge. The Reverend Fred Elder will be officiating.
Visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Salem Baptist Church. A memorial burial service will be announced at a later date.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Calvin Hanna of Brundidge; son and daughter-in-law, Ronald A. Medlock and Eva of Darien, Georgia; sons, Tony Medlock of Hernando, Florida, Terry Medlock of Tampa, Florida and Kip Sharkpley of Tampa; 9 grandchildren; 13-great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Penny Elder of Burnsville, North Carolina.
