Mrs. Lucille Register, age 79, of Troy died Sunday, April 11, 2010 at the Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 11:00 am from the Mt. Olive Church of Christ with Minister Floyd Noble officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home. She will also lie-in-state at the Church 2 hours prior to the service.
She is survived by her husband Russell Register, her children Ricky and Susan Register, Becky and Mickie Pumphrey, John and Susan H. Register, Martha and Mike Johnson, a God-daughter Mona Mills (Don) Jackson, grandchildren Nikole and Brandy Cox, Ryan and Christy Register, Leanne and Howard Dickey, Clay and Ericka Register, Chuck Pumphrey, Shelly and Clay Pittman, Ashley and Lahoma Register, Justin and Leann Register, Jennifer Register, Jim and Jean Vinson, Heather and Michael Johnson, 13 Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Fletcher and Rodabell Davenport Madaris, her grandparents that raised her Richard and Essie Davenport, brother Willie Mandaris and a great granddaughter Shelby Rae Cox. Active pall pallbearers will be Royce Davenport, James Harrison, Louie Glen Davenport, Donnie Register, Junior Register, Adam Register, Louis Davis, and Cliff Davis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Clay Register, Ryon Register, Chuck Pumphrey, Justin Register, Ashley Register, Jim Vinson, Nelson Register, Ebbin Register, Mickie Pumphrey, and Mike Johnson.
