Twilight Garden party to benefit Relay

What better way to welcome spring than with a Twilight Garden Party?

And, when that party packs a powerful punch against the “C” word, then it’s more than worthwhile.

The Relay for Life team of First United Methodist Church of Troy will host a Twilight Garden Party from 6 until 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, at Terra Cotta Home and Outdoor Center at 351 Montgomery Street in Troy.

“We invite the community to come out and enjoy the beautiful Terra Cotta Gardens and casually mingle with friends and neighbors,” said Claire Bradley, Relay team member.

“All proceeds from the Twilight Garden Party will benefit the Pike County Relay for Life campaign and the American Cancer Society.”

Tickets for the “party” are $35 for individuals and $60 for couples.

The Twilight Garden Party will feature food, entertainment by guitarists Joe Bradley and Will Ulmer and door prizes. Among the door prizes will be a Big Green Egg outdoor grill, an in-season floral arrangement for the home, a landscape design by Terra Cotta, a Starling Christmas tree and other surprise prizes.

Tickets may be purchased at Terra Cotta, First United Methodist Church of Troy and Epix Salon. Tickets will not be available at the garden gate.
