The Pike Liberal Arts Patriots Boys Basketball team fell 40-35 in the AISA Elite Eight tournament against Tuscaloosa Tuesday afternoon.

Ten first half turnovers dig a hole the Patriots could not come out of at the end of the game.

After the game, Head Coach Mike Baree said making the playoffs was good but the team should have gone further.

Sophomore Nick McLaughlin finished the double-double, finishing with 16 points and 13 rebounds.
