A.C. Castleberry, age 77, a resident of Troy, Alabama died Saturday, January 30, 2010. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend David Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hills Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held Monday, January 1, 2010 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Mr. Castleberry is survived by is wife: Janice E. Castleberry of Troy; 2 daughters: Kathleen Heinse of Troy and Beverly A. Weidner of Lawrenceville, GA; 1 son: David Castleberry of Prattville; 3 brothers: O.G. Castleberry of Shellhorn, J.G. Davis of Shellhorn and Pugh Davis of Logton; 4 grandchildren: Jeff Heinse of Troy, Julie Gallagher of Troy, Jennifer Weidner of Troy and Brian Weidner of Lawrenceville and 1 great-grandchild: Madison Heinse of Troy.
Pallbearers will be Carl Hussey, Don Paul, Jeff Kervin, Blake Castleberry, Brian Gallagher and Jeff Heinse.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Alabama Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch or Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
