Services for Lou Ann Johnson, 50, of Troy who died January, 16, 2010 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery will be at 11 a.m. January 20, 2010 at St. Paul AME Church in Troy.
Burial will be at Rocky Mount Baptist Church Cemetery in Abbeville under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. January 19, 2010.
Mrs. Johnson was born April 06, 1959 in Fort Gaines, Georgia.
She had a B.S. in Accounting, M.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Counseling.
She was Senior Director of Student Financial Service. She attended St. Paul AME Church. Reading, cooking, traveling, writing and motivational speaking were Lou Ann’s most enjoyable hobbies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alphanso Kincey, Sr. and Nunnie Mae Kincey.
Memories are left to be cherished by her husband, Leon Johnson; her daughters, Tonya, and Nicole Johnson, her grandsons, Rashaad and Jaydon Williams and Tyler Collins; her sisters, Betty and George Crittenden of Abbeville, Barbara and Oscar Peterman and Evelyn Varner of Dothan and Mary and Napoleon Bradley of Newville and several other relatives and friends.
