Mrs. Gloria Sanders Mauldin, age 62, of Tarentum, died Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at her residence.
Funeral services for Gloria Sanders Mauldin will be held Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Horn officiating. Mrs. Mauldin will lie in state from 1-2 p.m. at the church one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Visitation for Gloria Sanders Mauldin will be held from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2009 at St. John Baptist Church. Mrs. Mauldin was born September 5, 1947 in Michigan, daughter of the late Douglas and Sybil Rhodes Sanders.
She was a sales manager in the retail business.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Sybil Rhodes Sanders, and her husband Rex Mauldin. She is survived by a daughter: Crystie Faulkner, Tarentum; Tony Faulkner, Tarentum; a granddaughter, Taylor Faulkner and a grandson, Landon Faulkner, both of Tarentum; step granddaughter: Shae Faulkner, Enterprise; step great grandson: Nathaniel Hendricks, Enterprise; sister: Ann Holland, Jack; brother: Douglas Sanders, Jr., Bluff Springs; sister-in-law: Margaret and Harold Nicholson and Marcia, Brundidge; 3 nieces, 1 nephew and many cousins.
