Former District 6 County Commissioner Karen Berry has been ordered to vacate her seat, as ordered by the court today.

Her election opponent Oren Fannin has been declared the winner and will take that office.

It was ordered by Judge Joel Holley that illegal votes were cast for Berry and Fannin obtained the majority of legal votes.
