Joe Frank Austin, age 67, a resident of Mobile, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 18, 2009 at 11:00 am in Ramah Baptist Church with Reverend Orvie Locklar officiating.
Interment will follow in Ramah Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.
Mr. Austin will lie-in-state at the church from 10:30 am until 11:00 am.
Mr. Austin is survived by his sister: Peggy Sue Austin Stone and husband Kenneth of Ferndale, WA, 4 brothers: Robert D. “Bob” Austin and wife Sylvia of Niceville, FL, Donald Locklar “Butch Austin and wife Joyce of Banks, Bernie Lomas “Max” Austin and wife Janis of Milton and Danny Michael Austin and wife Chrys of Pellham; best friend: Kenan Spears of Mobile, nieces and nephews, Debbie, Jo, Topper, Rob, Chris, Buddy, Sandra, Dennis, Nathan, Jeff, Russ and Andy.
