Corrinn White Parker, age 85 a resident of Troy died Wednesday, September 09, 2009. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 11, 2009 at 11:00 am from the Antioch Baptist Church with the Reverend Wayne Williams and Reverend Keith Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow in Paron Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Mrs. Parker will lie-in-state from 10:30 am until 11:00 am at the church.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Mrs. Parker is survived by her husband: Ralph Bryan Parker of Troy, 2 sons: Darrell Parker and wife Susan of Pell City, Roger Parker and wife Judy of Troy; 1 brother: Charles White of Troy, 8 grandchildren: Sanford Parker, Daria Wilson, Tara Strickland, Jason Callahan, Angie Minor, Terry Trawick, Billy Hammond and Patton Hammond; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her brother, James Sanford White, a veteran of the Korean War.
