The Troy Parks and Recreation Department has released the brackets for the two Dixie Boys district tournaments in Troy July 6.

The Troy 14 year olds will host the district tournament and get an automatic bye into the double elimination tournament in Troy.

There are three sub-district tournaments around the area that will open play June 26 and the winner and runner-up from each of those three head to Troy July 6.

Troy will face the runner-up from Sub-District A July 6 at 8 p.m.

There will be two other games before Troy at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The Sub-District B winner will face Sub-District C champion at 4 p.m. and the C runner-up will face the B runner-up at 6 p.m. The Sub-District A winner gets a bye into round two.

The tournament will run from July 6-10 with the championship game at 6 p.m. July 10 and the if game at 8 p.m. The if game would only be played if the team out of the loser bracket wins the championship game.

The 13 year olds will not have sub-district play and the district tournament will open July 6 with Troy, Greenville, Elba and Eufaula in a double elimination tournament.

Eufaula will face Elba at 6 p.m. July 6 and Troy hosts Greenville at 8 p.m.

The tournament will run from July 6-9.
