According to the local forecast from the National Weather Service, light to moderate rain showers are expected to continue throughout the night in Troy, Alabama. The Sun Belt Conference Baseball Tournament will resume play tomorrow morning, as #2 WKU will take on #7 ULM at 9 a.m. CT at Riddle-Pace Field.
Following the first contest of the day, No. 1 Middle Tennessee and No. 5 Louisiana will square off for a spot in the championship game, approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the 9 a.m. contest.
Should unbeaten WKU defeat and eliminate ULM in the 9 a.m. contest, the championship game will begin 45 minutes following the conclusion of the second contest (MT vs ULL). Should ULM defeat WKU, the two teams will play once again, approximately 30 minutes after game two, to decide who will advance to the championship game. The championship game would then be played on Sunday morning with a time to be determined at a later date based on the pending weather, but will be no earlier than 9 a.m.
