Billie D. Phipps, Age 66 of Troy died Sunday, May 10, 2009 at her home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Otis Derrah officiating. Burial will follow in the Mossy Grove Cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2009, from 6-8 PM. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. Survivors include; Husband, Robert “Buddha” Phipps of Troy, Daughters and Son-in-law, Terri and Jimmy Lecroy of Goshen, Paula and Joe Padilla, Pensacola, Fl., Grandchildren, Marshall and Kristina LeCroy, Joseph Padilla, Michael Padilla, Samantha Padilla, 2 Great Grandchildren, Kaley LeCroy, Kylie LeCroy, and Soon to be Great Granddaughter, Lilly, Mother, Mary Frances Dykes of Troy, 4 Sisters, Shirley Mobley, Troy, Mary Gibson, Troy, Linda Singleton, Saco, Joan Padilla, Florida, Many Nieces and Nephews, Serving as Pallbearers will be , Marshall LeCroy, Joseph Padilla Jr., Michael Padilla, Christopher Messick, Jason Padilla, Cory Messick, Kent Hodge. Mrs Phipps will be loved and Missed by many.
