Bonnie Faye Mullis Pelfrey, age 88 a life long resident of Troy, died Saturday, May 9, 2009 in a Panama City, FL nursing home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 3 p.m. from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Reverend Bo Weed officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hills Memorial Park with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Mrs. Pelfrey is survived by her daughters: Mary Milligan and husband Wayne of Panama City, FL, Dottie Olding of Lynn Haven, FL; grandchildren: Amy Stephens, Brad Milligan, Tanya Lynch and Eric Schomberg; great-grandchildren: Lacey Stephens, Cydney Milligan, Alicia Lynch and Haley Lynch; great-great-grandchild: Cameron; brother: James Mullis and wife Wilma of Troy, sister: Joyce Stevens of Punta Gorda, FL and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Mrs. Pelfrey was preceded in death by her husband Carl Pelfrey.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Southside Baptist Church.
