Reyes, a Hispanic male, was arrested on a warrant, Scarbrough said.

Scarbrough would not release any other information about the incident, since the child was a minor.

But, he did say she was above the age of 12.

The rape and sodomy charges are both Class A felonies, and if convicted, Reyes will face at least 20 years in prison.

Incest is a Class C felony, which calls for sentencing higher than 10 years.
