Charlotte Chandler, died at age 59 at her home in Auburn, Alabama. A native of Mobile most of her life. She graduated from the University of Mobile and received her masters degree in education from Moorehead State in Kentucky.
She double majored in music, French and art.
After retiring from the Mobile Public School System she enrolled in Auburn University pharmaceutical studies.
She was employed as a pharmacist at East Alabama Medical Center.
She was a lifelong member of Dauphin Way Baptist Church. She attended Auburn Methodist Church and was the pianist there.
She was a devoted and loving daughter.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Chandler.
Charlotte is survived by her parents, Marion Chandler and Margaret Taylor Chandler; one brother, Marion E. Chandler and wife Joy of Mobile.
Graveside services were held at Roeton Baptist Church Cemetery Feb. 20 with Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.
