The Charles Henderson Trojans, Pike County Bulldogs and Goshen Eagles all hit the road for area tournament action tonight.

The Trojans will hit the road for Eufaula High School and a 5:30 p.m. date with Rehobeth tonight. The Trojans (10-15, 3-3 AHSAA Class 5A, Area 3) have been playing up and down this year and head coach Carl Hollis will try and reach the playoffs tonight.

Pike County’s Bulldogs (18-7, 5-1 AHSAA Class 3A, Area 4) will hit the road for Abbeville after losing the coin toss to host the area tournament. The Bulldogs will face Dale County in the first round tonight at 5 p.m.

The Goshen Eagles (4-14, 2-4 AHSAA Class 2A, Area 5) have a game set with Highland Home tonight at 5 p.m. in Reeltown. The Eagles will look to win their first game against Highland Home this year and make the playoffs.

All three teams can reach the state tournament sub-regionals with a win tonight.
