Toni Head, 83, of Brundidge died Friday, Aug. 1 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy. The Rev. Otis Derrah will be officiating.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., one hour prior to the service on Monday, Aug. 4 at Skeen Funeral Home.

Mrs. Head was born Feb, 10, 1925 in Ft. Payne, Ala. Her parents were Benjamin Franklin Hogan and Martha Idila Sims Hogan. She was a retired homemaker.

Mrs. Head was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Eddie Hogan, Lewis Hogan, Hershel Hogan.

She is survived by a daughter, Connie Carlisle, of Mountain Brook; two sons and daughters in law: Ronnie (Joan) Head, Dora, Ala; Donnie (Debby) Head, Montgomery; step son: Harold Head, Jr., Montgomery; four grandchildren: Tara Scarlett Mendola, Mountain Brook; Lynzee Head and her husband Alex Pearlsteine, Atlanta, Ga.,; Jeremy Head, Dora; Heather (Danny) Mills, Northport; three great grandchildren: Brent Mills, Morgan Mills and tyler Mills, two brothers and sister-in-law: George (Marie) Hogan, Georgia; Wallace Hogan, Savannah, Ga.; three sisters: Lynette O’Neal, davenport, Fla.; Audrey Marron, Guyton, Ga.; Gladys Williams, Savannah, Ga.; several nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorials be made to Bush Memorial Baptist Church in Troy.
