Brother Don Grantham, 62, of Troy, died at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, Saturday, September 29, 2007. The funeral service will be held at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Brundidge on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at

2:00 PM with Dr. Malone Chandler and Mike Flowers officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Assembly of God Cemetery, in Ariton. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Wiregrass Hospice of Troy. The pallbearers are Thomas Johnson, Walt Ellis, Matt Grantham, Ronnie Flowers, Brian Cook, Charles Brown, Greg Brown, and Chris Grantham. The honorary pallbearers are his other nephews and co-workers at Wiregrass Hospice. Brother Don is survived by his wife, Maebell Grantham of Troy, 6 children and their spouses, Rhonda and Britt Speigner of Dothan, Jeff and Brandi Grantham of Dothan, Richie and Fran Grantham of Columbus, Cayla and Matthew Johnston of Echo, Jason and Jessica Grantham of Brantley, and Janet and Thomas Johnson of Moreland, Georgia, 16 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Beverly Grantham of Ariton, and sisters and brothers-in-law, Deborah Hussey of Ariton, Carolyn and Ira Edmondson of Ariton, and Merle and Dwight Baker of Ozark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Gertie Grantham, sisters, Annette Danner and Willie Mae Bowman, and an infant grandson, Justin Grantham.
