Mary A. (Shaw) Sienicki

Mary A. (Shaw) Sienicki, 83, of Wilmington, Del., passed away on July 19, 2007.

Mrs. Sienicki was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was employed with the Department of Corrections of the State of Delaware before retiring.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, in 2004.

She is survived by her children, Deborah A. Schiffer, and her husband, Michael, of Coronado, Calif., and Robert E. Sienicki and his wife, Myrna, of Los Angeles, Calif; grandchildren, Michael Schiffer Jr., Caroline Schiffer, Michael Sienicki and A. J. Aurit; sister in-law, Frances Baker of Oneonta, N.Y., and extended family from the Troy Alabama area.

The funeral service will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Kenneth Wilson Pittman

Kenneth Wilson Pittman, 70, of Troy died at his home Friday, Aug. 3, 2007.

Visitation was held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, from 6 until 8 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy on Sunday, Aug. 5, 2007, at 2 p.m. with Minister Jon Hackett, Mr. Rabon Spivey and Mr. Jack Walters officiating.

Burial will follow at Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery.

The family requests that memorials be made to Lighthouse Hospice or to the Antioch Cemetery Fund.

Mr. Pittman is survived by his wife, Sara Craft Pittman of Shelhorn; children, Thad (Wendy) Pittman of Shelhorn, Tim Pittman of Mississippi and Lee Thomas (Jennifer) Pittman of Texas; grandchildren, Ashley (John) Ainsworth, Bethany Pittman, Hannah Pittman, Kelsi Pittman, Sara Brooke Pittman, Ty Pittman, Wil Pittman and Austin Pittman; great-grandchild, Anna Reagan Ainsworth; sister, Edna Gandy of Florida; and brother, Robert Pittman of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Wilson and Bessie Lou Pittman; brothers, Luke Catrett, Melvin Catrett, Pete Catrett, Marvin Catrett, Hardy Pittman and Frank Pittman; and his sister, Eula Mae Walters.
