Mary Gene Walters Ezell

Funeral services for Mary Gene Walters Ezell, 75, a resident of Troy and most recently of Montgomery, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007, at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy.

Visitation will be held from 10 until 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ezell was a member of First United Methodist Church of Troy.

She attended Mary Baldwin in Staunton, Va., and Auburn University, where she was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority.

Mrs. Ezell was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Franklin Walters Sr. and Claire Murphree Walters.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Gene Butler (Paul) and Norma Jo Jordan (Buck); grandchildren, Mandy Moore and Callen Butler, all of Montgomery, Dee Jordan of Macon, Ga., and Chris Jordan (Amber) of New Bern, N.C.; great-grandchildren, Fletcher Moore and Madison Jordan; and brother, Joe Frank Walters Jr.

Pallbearers will be Al Shipman, Monte Pugh, Paul Butler, Buck Jordan, Chris Jordan and Tom Moore.

Honorary pallbearers will be Monte Pugh, T.M. Culpepper, Earl Campbell and Raymond Shears.

Burion Owen &uot;Pete&uot; Bundy

Funeral services for Burion Owen &uot;Pete&uot; Bundy, 79, of Brundidge, who died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Rochester, Mich., with the Rev. Tom Townsend officiating.

Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery.

Visitation for Mr. Bundy will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.

Visitation also will be held from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at Pixley Funeral Home in Rochester, Mich.

Mr. Bundy is survived by his wife, Doras Bundy of Brundidge; children, Lorrie (Edward) Manning of Waterford, Mich., Cheryl (Larry) Thompson of Ft. Worth, Texas, Brian (Wendy) Bundy of Auburn Hills, Mich., Jeff (Nereida) Bundy of Headland and David (Susan) Bundy of Rochester Hills, Mich.; eight grandchildren; sister, Miriam Hymel of Metiarre, La.; and brother, Dick Bundy of Troy.
