Rubye Tyler
Rubye Tyler, 97, of Goshen, died Thursday, August 3, 2006. Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Saturday, August 5, 2006 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy on Saturday, August 5, 2006 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Marvin Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery. The pallbearers are Ken Qualls, Terry Qualls, Matt Qualls, Kyle Spivey, Michael Dunn, Thomas Woodard, and Shea Phillips. She is survived by Sister, Gladys Reeves of Troy, Nieces, Billie Ann Qualls of Henderson, Sara Barras of Henderson, Ruby Jean (Lynn) Jinks of Montgomery, and Bobbie Woodard, Nephews, Jack (Jean) Dunn of Pensacola and Emmett Tyler of Troy, Several great nieces and nephews.
Teresa Wineberg
Teresa Wineberg, 43, of Troy, died at Troy Regional Medical Center in Troy, Wednesday, August 2, 2006. Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home on Friday, August 4, 2006 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A memorial service will be held at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy on Friday, August 4, 2006 at 7:00 PM.. She is survived by, Husband, James Tincombe of Troy, 2 Sons, Anthony (Vanessa) Wineberg of Coosada, AL and Daniel Wineberg of Troy, 2 Step-sons, James Tincombe, Jr. of Troy and Justin Daniel Tincombe of Troy, Grandson, Trent Anthony Wineberg of Coosada, AL, 2 Sisters, Colethia Catrett of Troy and Pamela Bravo of Tampa, Florida, Brother, Timothy Miles of Eclectic. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Connie Miles and brother, James Miles.
Sue Helms Johnston
Sue Helms Johnston, 97, of Brundidge, AL, died at her granddaughter’s home in Destin, FL on Wednesday, August 02, 2006.
“Miss Sue” or to some “Beppy” retired from her career at Pike County High School in Brundidge, AL after 25 years of teaching. There will be a graveside funeral service at Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge, AL on Sunday, August 06, 2006 at 2:00 pm with Reverend Alan McBride and Dr. John Brannon officiating.
A reception will be held immediately following the graveside service at The First United Methodist Church in Brundidge, AL.
Survivors include:
Granddaughter Beth Watkins of Troy, AL, her husband Paul and their children, Johnston, Behrens and Beppy, Grandson Fox Helms Johnston, Jr. of Chattanooga, TN, his wife Jarmin and their children Fox III, Nelson and Helen, her life long friend and caregiver Lessie Griffin of Brundidge, AL, her step-children Jodie Klugel of Daphne, AL, Russell Regentine of Oviedo, FL, his wife Rebecca, Peggy Regentine of Honolulu, HI and Fox Johnston “Johnny” Beam of Moorpark, CA, his wife Cherie, their families, beloved niece Susanne Sanders, recent caregiver Adella Niemann and many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fox Henderson Johnston of Brundidge, AL, her infant son Yancey Bryan Johnston, and son Fox Helms Johnston and his wife Ardell.
