Juanita &#8220Nita” H. Bragg

Juanita &#8220Nita” H. Bragg, 81, a resident of Montgomery, AL, died Thursday, July 27, 2006.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 31, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Leak-Memory Chapel.

Burial will follow at 3:00 PM in Green Hills Cemetery in Troy, AL.

Mrs. Bragg was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. She taught school for many years in Eclectic and at Edgewood Academy.

She is preceded in death by her husband Carroll Bragg, father James Hardee, mother Sarah Brook and brother Pete Croxton.

She is survived by a sister in law Edna Watters, brother in law Huey Bragg and wife Virginia, nieces Teresa Pitts and husband Bert, Tammy Honaker and husband Steve, Anita Whitman and husband Harold, Donna Langone and husband Tommy, Anita Stephenson and husband Rick and Angie Walters and husband Bart, nephews Tim Watters, Bill Watters, JR and wife Kelly, Joey Watters and wife Rachel and Jeff Croxton, and Charlotte Lane, who loved Nita like a mother.

Pallbearers will be Tim Watters, Joey Watters, Bill Watters, JR, Bert Pitts, Jeff Croxton and Bryan Pitts.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Faith and Grace Hospice, 540 Clay St., Montgomery, AL 36104 or to Catoma Baptist Church building fund, 4300 Old Selma Rd., Montgomery, AL, 36108.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Monday.

Gloria Gibson Brantley Lyons, 68, of Montgomery, died at her home in Montgomery, Friday, July 28, 2006. Visitation will be held at Christ Church on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

The funeral service will be held at Christ Church, 301 Dexter Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at 11:00 AM. with Reverend Rusty Demoss officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, in Troy at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 1, 2006. Survivors include, Husband, David Edward Lyons, Sr. of Montgomery, Children, David Edward (Terri) Lyons, Jr. of, Tennessee, Catherine Eileen (Perry) Mason of Montgomery, and Brantley Walker (Bridget) Lyons of Montgomery, Grandchildren, James Brantley Lyons, Michael Brantley Mills, Brantley (Brant) Kenneth Lyons, Joseph Alton Lyons, and Destiny Kristen Thomas.
