Ernest Blair Grayson

Ernest Blair Grayson, age 56, of Alexander City, formerly of Troy, died Saturday, June 24, 2006 in Birmingham, Alabama.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Bo Weed officiating.

Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2006 from 6:00 until 8:00 at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Southside Baptist Church Building Fund.

Survivors include; Wife, Carolyn Pouncey Grayson, Alexander City, 3 Children,

Ginger (Josh) Hallmark of Auburn, Mallory (Stephen) Hester, Alexander City, and Wes (Devan) Grayson of Montgomery, Mother, Joyce Sellers Grayson of Greenville,

Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Zollie and Exa Pouncey of Troy,

Brothers, LaTrelle (Kay) Grayson of Birmingham and Keith (Sandy) Grayson of Mobile, Sister-in-law, Marilyn Grayson of Greenville, Grandchildren, Stella Kate Grayson, Addyson Auston Hester, and Asher Michael Hallmark, Several nieces and nephews and also great nieces and nephews. Mr. Grayson was preceded in death by Step-son, Bradley Auston Ward, Father, Ernest Theo Grayson, Brother Randy Grayson. Serving as pallbearers will be, Chris Ray, Dewitt Dawkins, Daniel Peters, Sterrett Henderson, Denis Park, Tom Skibba, Jace Colley, and Landon Park. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ricky Hester, Gerald Stearns, Tom McElroy, Don Moseley and Tibbie Walker.
