Allen Wade Furr

Allen Wade Furr, 72, of Montgomery, died at his home, Sunday, April 2, 2006. Visitation was held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Monday, April 3, 2006

from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Minister Robert Allen officiating. Burial will be at Auburn City Cemetery, in Auburn, Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at 2:00 PM. The family request that memorials be made to the disabled Veterans. The pallbearers are his grandsons and nephews. The honorary pallbearers are Elders at Oak Bowery Church of Christ, Dallas Furr, Guy Furr, Newton Rials, Wyman Sanders, Jerry Sanders, and Mike Miles. Survivors include, Wife, Ida Maude Grant Furr of Montgomery, Children, Ronald W. (Jane) Furr of Baltimore, Maryland, Michael R. (Patricia) Furr of Auburn, and Cynthia (Todd) Afferica of Atlanta, Georgia, Grandchildren, Ronald W. Furr, Jr., Zach Furr, Justin and Alice Parker, and Corey Furr, Several nieces and nephews.

A mass for George H. Tustin, 71, of Brundidge who died Saturday, April 1, 2006 at Troy Regional Medical Center will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at St. Martin Catholic Church in Troy with Fr. Eamon

Miley officiating. Skeen Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.

Mr. Tustin was born September 8, 1934 in Pennsylvania.

He was retired.

Survivors include his wife, Annette Tustin of Brundidge; sons, George W. Tustin of Citronella, Bruce Tustin of Brundidge, James Tustin of

Brundidge and Thomas Tustin of Boyton Beach, Florida; daughter, Jean Terry of

Stanton, Tennessee; sisters, Florence Phillips of

Mertztown, Pennsylvania, Gertrude Nolan of Souderton, Pennsylvania and 9 grandchildren.

Nell Cook Beasley

Graveside services for Nell Cook Beasley, age 66, of Eufaula will be held at 10 a.m. (CDT) Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Hospice Chaplain, Richard Harden, will officiate with Kent Funeral Home of Eufaula directing. Mrs. Beasley died Sunday, April 2, 2006 at Crowne Health Care.

Born March 9, 1940 in Barbour County, Mrs. Beasley was the daughter of the late John and Mary Emma Green Cook. She was married to Eugene Beasley of Eufaula. Survivors other than her husband are a son, Ricky Beasley, Tacoma, Washington; 2 brothers, Bernice Cook, New Brockton and Johnny Cook, Smith; a granddaughter, Stephanie Paige Beasley and a great-grandson, Jackson Wyatt Beasley.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Wiregrass Hospice, 831 W. Washington Street, Eufaula, Al. 36027.
