David Garrett Harris

David Garrett Harris, 79, of Troy, died at his home, Tuesday, February 14, 2006. Visitation will be held at First Presbyterian Church on Saturday, February 18, 2006 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The funeral service will be held at First Presbyterian Church on Saturday, February 18, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Michael J. Alsup officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

The family request that memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church, Wiregrass Hospice of Troy or your favorite charity. The pallbearers will be members of Men’s Sunday School Class at First Presbyterian Church. The honorary pallbearers are Alabama DOT Employees, Barbara Cowart, Staff of Wiregrass Hospice of Troy and Dr. G.A. Young. Survivors include, Wife, Jacqueline Senn Harris of Troy, Daughter and son-in-law, Maree and Kelly Milner of Montevallo, Grandchild, Jacob Harris Milner, Sister, Willie Mae Hobbs of Troy, Brothers, Willis W. (Edna) Harris of Troy, Robert Wade (Sara) Harris of Panama City, Florida, and Russell Earl (Jo) Harris of Troy, and many nieces and nephews.
