Julia Sue Roughton Parsons

Julia Sue Roughton Parsons, 86, a resident of Almeria community, died December 2, 2005. Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2005, at 2 p.m. from Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Matt Helms officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service time in Macedonia Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Raymond Joe (Billie Jean) Parsons of Acworth, Ga., and James &#8220Buddy” (Mary) Parsons of Union Springs; granddaughters Carol Chapman of Palmetto, Ga., and Alecia Moore of Kent, Wash.; grandsons James R. (Lauran) Parsons of Montgomery, and Michael J. Parsons of Montgomery; three great-grandchildren; and brothers A.R. &#8220Jack” Roughton and George Roughton, both of Union Springs.

Pallbearers will be James R. Parsons, Jr., Michael J. Parsons, Steven Phelps, Jr., Tommy Meredith, Mike Rotton and Charles &#8220Spooky” May.

The family will receive friends at Gray Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2005.

Memorials may be made to Macedonia Baptist Church Building Fund, 4211 County Road 15, Union Springs, AL 36089.

Danny Kelly

Danny Kelly, Age 58 of Troy, died recently at his home.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, Nov.4, 2005, at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Rev.

Bo Weed officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

Visitation will be Sunday, Dec.

4, 2005, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.
