Annie Pearl Sellers Ingram

Annie Pearl Sellers Ingram, 91, a resident of Wetumpka and formerly of Montgomery and Pike County, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2005. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Southern Memorial Brooks-Cargile Funeral Home in Montgomery, with Rev. Lee Bloodworth officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 25 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Southern Memorial Funeral Home.

She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Montgomery.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Samuel Leo Ingram, and parents Sam and Lilla Mae Pittman Sellers; sisters Genie Powell, Velia Hussey, Lessie Riley, Bessie Lou Hussey; brothers Raymond Sellers and J.D. Sellers.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law sylvia Jo and Loy Bell of Wetumpka;

Gay and Curtis Minor of Smyrna, Ga.; grandchildren, Joy Bell and Pat Sullivan of Montgomery; Hugh and Lupana Minor of Houston; Loy Anderson Jr. and Adrienne bell of Montgomery; Glenda Minor and Andy Friedlander of Arlington, Texas; Amy Minor and Allan Shay of Smyrna, Ga.; Robert Bell and fiancee Ashley Weber of Dothan; 10 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Hugh Minor, Allan Shay, Andy Bell, Robert Bell, Chad Watwood and Rick Sellers.

Robert F. Griffin

Services for Robert F. Griffin, 82, of Troy, who died Sunday, February 20, 2005, at Troy Health and Rehab will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2005, at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Revs. Steve Rascoe and Mack Lowery officiating. He will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Troy under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2005, at the funeral home.

He was born December 29, 1922, in Covington County. He was retired from the transportation industry as a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Griffin and Annie Lou Griffin; son, Kenny Griffin and three brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen Griffin of Troy; son, Danny Griffin of Troy; two daughters; Linda Griffin of Troy and Sheila and Richard Hyatt of Destin, Fla.; nine grandchildren, Sanford and Taryn Parker of Chicago, Jason and Stacie Black of Troy, Shelley and James Monsees of Destin, Stonie and Symantha Griffin, Craig and Heather Griffin and Josie and Rodney Griffin all of Troy, Colten Griffin of Birmingham, and Stuart Brown of Troy; six great-grandchildren, Bailey and Miranda Black of Troy, Mckenzie and Donovan Monsees of Destin and Payne and Phenix Griffin of Troy; brother, Braxton Griffin of Troy; and a sister, Sara Knight of Troy.

Pallbearers will be his nephews.
