Beverly E. Turner

Beverly E. Turner, 52, of Troy, died Monday died Monday, Dec. 13, 2004, in Linden.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

She was born Dec. 4, 1952, in DeFuniak Springs, Fla. She was raised in Ponce DeLeon, Fla., Ozark and Troy. She was a member of a Methodist church in Dale County.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Haddan.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph O. Turner of Troy; a daughter, Kimberly Hawkins and her husband, Harvey of Linden; a son, Joey Turner, Troy; her father, Robert Haddan of Ozark; three brothers, Robbert Haddan, Roger Haddan and Jeff Haddan and his wife, Teresa; two sisters-in-law Peggy Haddan and Nancy Haddan; a sister, Cindy Roche, Texas; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mae Frances Lampley

Mae Frances Lampley, 59, died Dec. 10, 2004,

Services will be Dec. 15, 2004, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Olive Missionary Church #2 in Banks with the Elder Henry Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery under the direction of George F. Grubbs Funeral Home.

There was no visitation. She was born Jan. 9, 1944, to the late Willie and Elouise Miles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a father-in-law, Fred Lampley; a daughter, Darlene R. Lampley and a brother, Alphonso Miles.

Survivors include her husband, George H. Lampley Sr.; mother-in-law, Willie Lou Lampley; five children, Patricia A. Lampley, George H. Lamp[ley Jr., William F. Lampley, Deborah R. Lampley and Kathleen Lampley; two daughters-in-law, Yvette Lampley and Sheresse Lampley; eight garndchildren, Idrissa, Geornaya, Silas, Georrina, Courtney, Kashain, Imani and Jhadir; six siblings, Lela Davis, Lucinda Leonard, Lois Hutchinson, Marlene Miles, Diane Miles and Lawerence Miles; six brothers and sisters-in-law, James Lampley, Edward Lampley, William F. Lampley, Mae H. Lampley, Calice Griffin and Bert Lampley and several nieces and nephews also survive.
