Gloria Dean Tillery

Services for Gloria Dean Tillery, 55, of Troy, who died in an automobile accident Friday, November 26, 2004, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at Skeen Funeral Home with Rev. Wilburn Kirkland officiating. Burial will follow at Mossy Grove Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 29, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. at Skeen Funeral Home.

Preceded in death by her parents, Lawson and Louise Hartley Whitehead, two brothers, Henry Scarbrough and Ricky Whitehead, and two sisters, Burnell Knotts and Linda Sue Whitehead.

She is survived by three sons and their spouses, Bobby McGee and Melanie Tillery and Cecil McGee, Jr. and Cindy Tillery, and Henry Whitehead, all of Troy; one daughter and her spouse, Susie and Ricky Harrelson of Andalusia; grandchildren, Tiffany Edwards, Lee Anne Tillery, ShyAnne Tillery, Tyler Tillery, Xaxon Tillery, Megan Tillery, Hope Tillery, Willie Paul McLendon, Rebekka Jordan, Ashley Jordan, Jennifer and Justin Jordan, all of Troy; Zachery Tillery of Rutledge, Brandon Harrelson of Andalusia, AL, Crystal McLendon of Jack, Cliff and Amy Tillery of Tuscaloosa, Brandon and Mathew Jordan of Brundidge, and Jessica and Tina Tillery, Dothan; two great grandchildren, Wade and Grace McLendon of Troy; stepchildren, Dewey and Kelly Jordan, Chad Tillery, Bobby Joe Jordan, all of Troy; Buddy and Penny Tillery of Tuscaloosa; and Bonnie and Terry Baker of Henderson; brothers, Terry Whitehead of Georgia, Billy Wayne Whitehead of Montgomery, Johnny Ray Whitehead of Troy, and Pete Whitehead of Brundidge; sisters Bonnie Whitehead, Ruby Rushing, Liz Green, Nita Faye Dickey, Marjorie Golden, Sharon Kirkland, all of Troy; and Lillian Johnson of Brundidge.

Remember her late husband, Cecil McGee Tillery, Sr., and all of her many nieces and nephews, all of her friends that were more than friends, they were her other family.
