Services for Carl Bascom McLeod, 70, of Enterprise who died Saturday, October 23, 2004 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center was at 2 p.m. Monday, October 25, 2004 at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. W. O. Sanders officiating.

Burial was in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Jack under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy. Visitation was from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Monday at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Vivian McLeod of Enterprise; children, Cheryl Little of Troy, Shelia and Donnie Hardy of Elba, Sharon Moncrief of Henderson, Harold McLeod of Jack, Kenneth McLeod of Jack, Renee and Greg Forehand of Elba and Gwen and Keith Smith of New Brockton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother; George McLeod of Luverne; eight sisters; Kate Mathews of Luverne, Bertha Mae Childs of Troy, Betty Davenport of Troy, Gail Messick of Goshen, Elouise Beasley of Opp, Gwen Martin of Troy, Jennie Ruth Davis of Troy and Mary Peacock of Troy.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and friends.

The family request memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or your favorite charity.
