Mrs. Diane Mahone

Services for Diane Mahone, 42, of Goshen will be at 1 p.m. on October 19 at Rock Elvy Missionary Baptist Church. There will be a lie-in-state from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the church. Visitation was October 18 from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m.

She was born Oct. 31, 1961, in Pike County. She joined Rock Elvy at an early age and later joined Prayer, Praise and Worship Tabernacle, where she remained a faithful member.

She attended Goshen High School and met and married Jimmy Lee Mahone. They had two daughters, Shekethia Mahone and Latoya Mahone.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso and Lois McClain.

Survivors include a loving husband, Jimmy Lee Mahone of Goshen; two beautiful daughters, Shekethia and Latoya; five sisters, Alfredia (James) Merritt of Luverne; Marlene (Ralph) McKee of Pensacola, Fla.; Gwendolyn (Foster) Williams and Shelia McClain, both of Shreveport, La.; and Gloria (Robert) Anderson of Saginaw, Mich.; three brothers, Larry (Brenda) McClain, Jerry McClain and Anthony (Teresa) McClain, all of Shady Grove; six sisters-in-law, six brothers-in-law, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
