Tony Scott
Services for Tony Scott, 54, of Troy who died August 19, 2004 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 23, 2004 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church with Father James Dean officiating.
Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, August 22 at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Scott; sons, Eric (Katie) Scott of Troy, Brent Scott of Tallahassee, Fla., and Todd Scott of Troy; his mother, Nellie Marie Walker of Portsmouth, Ohio; brothers-in-law, Mark Thompson and Dennis Thompson of Florida and Larry Thompson of Canada; sister-in-law, Tina Helms of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Eric Scott, Brent Scott, Todd Scott, Randy Boldman, Mark Thompson and Dennis Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Thompson, Jim Weston, Tim Gardner, Chuck Carraway, Dr. Mark Griffin, Nate Rookard, Mike Spears, Doug Walker, Don Schwartz, Travis Helms, Chad Thompson, Joe Thompson, Mac Thompson, Dick Deichmann, John Large, Jack Williams, John Wagner, Ralph Henning, Dana Davis, Bob Lanci, Alec Thompson and Ewen Thompson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society.

Services for Mary Tom Ragsdale, 33, of Troy, who died August 19, 2004 at her residence, will be held at 11 a.m. at the graveside at Green Hills Memorial Park Monday, August 23, 2004 with Pastor Burney Enzor officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 22, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born April 1, 1971 in Tokyo, Japan, and was preceded in death by her father, Otto Lester Johnston.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne Ragsdale; son, John Daniels, Jr.; mother, Judy Allen, Antioch, Tenn.; sisters, Marie (Gary) Edmonds, Brundidge, Bonnie Kaye (Neil) Smith, Jack; grandmother, Mary Thomas Foster, Antioch, Tenn.; aunts, Mary (James) Wilson, Houston; Missouri (Suzan) Patterson, Antioch, Tenn.; uncles, James Foster, Aspirin, Ga., Allen (Darlene) Foster, Oxford, N.C., Cecil Foster, Antioch, Tenn.; cousin, Shane Patterson, Antioch, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

Selena Alloway Herndon
Services for Selena Alloway Herndon, 91, who died August 16, 2004 at Southern Spring Health Center, Union Springs, were held Saturday, August 21, 2004 at 2 p.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, Glenwood, with Rev. John M. Bryant officiating.
Burial followed at the church cemetery under the direction of George F. Grubbs Funeral Home.
Born Nov. 27, 1921, she was preceded in death by her parents, Minnie and Clem Alloway; husband, Addison L. Herndon; sister, Luberta Debose Jackson; and brothers, Eddie Leroy Alloway, James R. Alloway, Augusta Alloway, Willie J. Alloway, and Clemmie Alloway.
Survivors include two sisters, Ivey J. Penerton, Mansfield, Ohio; and Verba M. Brundidge, Goshen; adopted daughter, Vernisa Rogers, Glenwood; stepdaughter, Addie Lue Jackson, Birmingham; grandsons Antonio K. Rogers, Glenwood, Antrone K. Rogers, Detroit, Averick K. Rogers, and Charles Jackson III, CA; two great-grandchildren, uncle, Augusta Streeter, Louisville, Ky.; brother-in-law, John (Idella) Herndon, Glenwood; sisters-in-law, Helen Ballard, Rosie K. Alloway, Cleveland, Ohio, Margerie Alloway, Sanford, Fla., and Jessie Alloway, Sanford, Fla.; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pallbearers were members of Curtis Lodge No. 429. Flower bearers were nieces and family friends.
Sarah Jeane Sanders Adkins
Services for Sarah Jeane Sanders Adkins, 77,
of Barnwell, S.C., formerly of Brundidge, who died August 18, 2004 will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2004 at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby T. Hood officiating.
Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge.
Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2004 at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy Clayton and Etoile Maynard Sanders. She was a former member of Salem Baptist Church and a member of Barnwell First Baptist Church.
Survivors include son, Harry R. (Rita) Adkins, Barnwell, S.C.; grandchildren, Johnathan Clayton Adkins, Barnwell, S.C. and Randi Kay Adkins, Barnwell, S.C.; brother, Maurice Sanders, Phenix City; and sister, Cynthia Billie Ledford, Decatur, Tenn.
Juanita Whitehead Kelly
Services for Juanita (Nita) Whitehead Kelly, 81, of Troy, who died Friday, August 20, 2004, will be held Sunday, August 22, 2004 at 4 pm at First Baptist Church with Dr. Ed Walter officiating.
Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 3 pm until the service time at First Baptist Church.
Born March 3, 1923, she was preceded in death by her parents, Marcus Nathan and Annie Brown Whitehead; brother James Whitehead; sisters Nora Harney and Merle Davis. She was a member of First Baptist Church since 1949 and worked in the nursery for many years.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Durwood Kelly; sons Mike (Sharon) Kelly of Houston, and Mark (Teresa) Kelly; sister, Betty W. Mobley; and grandchildren Nathan, Meredith, Scott and Christie Kelly. She is also survived by Marcus (M.A.) Davis, Presley Earl Davis, Carolyn D. Barron, Alfred N. Harney and Maryanne Theyssen.
