Marine (Mae) Hysmith Middleton
Graveside services for Mrs. Marine (Mae) Hysmith Middleton, 44, of Madison, who died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at her residence, will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Earl Barron officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 1 to 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Middleton was born Nov. 5, 1959, in Alabama, the daughter of Edmond Hysmith and Willadean Donaldson.
She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include two daughters, Melody Ann Middleton and Haley Michelle Middleton, both of Madison; three sisters, Patty Morgan of Montgomery, Elaine Isbell of Moody and Wanda Barron of Bainbridge, Ga.; a brother, Lamar Hysmith of Morgan City, La.; and a special friend, Scott Mullen.
The family requests memorials be made to Wiregrass Hospice of Huntsville, 303 Williams Ave., Huntsville, AL 35081.
Lorene K. Hollis
Services for Lorene K. Hollis, 92, of Troy, who died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at Troy Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with the Dr. Mallone Chandler officiating.
Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Park under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation is from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Angeline and Don Pinckard of Montgomery; six grandchildren and their spouses Meri Kelley (Mathew) Claassen of Vienna, Va., Alexandra Leigh Pinckard of Houston, Darak Hollis of Stafford, Va., Courtney (Doug) Hilker of Norfolk, Va., Ashley Hollis of Stafford and Hannah Hollis of Houston; four great-grandsons; a sister, Gene Williams of Franklin, La.; and a sister-in-law, Marvine Kelley of Pascagoula, Miss.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Kelley, Edwin Meadows, Daves Nichols, Jim O'Neal, Kenneth Pinckard and Jerry Vinson. Honorary pallbearers will be Durwood Kelley, David Holmes, Charles Norris and Ed Whaley.
The family requests memorials be made to the First Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.
Eula Mae Blue
Services for Eula Mae Blue, 93, of Brundidge, who died Saturday, May 8, 2004, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at Mount Calvery Baptist Church, Indian Creek, in Bullock County. The Revs. H.J. Fowler, pastor, and Carl Hollis will be officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home of Union Springs.
